This cheerful home overlooks the original nine hole course in the charming town of Polson, MT. Make this your hub for exploring the sights all around. Tenant pays for 75% of the electric and water. Tenant will be responsible for trash removal. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Owner will maintain the lawn. No pets and no smoking.
Our home features all the comforts you will want including a beautifully landscaped yard with a relaxing covered patio for those momentous barbecues. It boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious kitchen has all the room you will need to prepare for friends and family to gather in the large open floor plan. Many cherished memories of dinners, games and visits have happened around this table. TV is available for your use, you will have to get internet and cable if you want it.
We really do have everything you need. Here are some things to do: pick or buy and enjoy huckleberries and cherries, experience more in a helicopter and/or boat tour, play golf, go fishing, hiking, horseback riding, swimming, rafting, windsurfing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding. Visit our museums and farmer’s markets. You will find many and varied local handmade souvenirs including hand crafted/beaded American Indian items, antler, leather or local wood crafts and homemade jams/jellies/confections/pies/cakes/breads. There are numerous excellent dining choices and some menus include local foods of interest like buffalo burgers or Indian Fry Bread. At certain times cultural interest to appreciate are things like attending the annual Copper Cup Regatta, rodeos, pow wows, Fiddlers Convention, racing events at Mission Valley Speedway, the Lake County Fair, Pioneer Days, Crazy Days, various art/craft shows, and the world famous Cherry Festival.
Local points of interest: Wild Horse Island, Mission Mountains, Kerr Dam
