Its well-equipped "Chefs" kitchen includes an expansive island, top of the line amenities, Cutco cooking utensils and GE Stainless Steel Monogram appliances. Central air conditioning, spacious rooms, stylish finishes, a half-bath convenient to the living space, wireless internet and a washer/dryer to ensure total comfort.
With floor to ceiling glass pocket doors across the back of the house, the living quarters at Island Time flow out to a large covered lanai, with areas for lounging and open-air dining for a true Hawaiian indoor to outdoor experience. Just beyond, the pool and spa have been fenced in for privacy, and a built-in gas barbecue grill offers an additional option for meals at home. Guests are welcome to park in the private 2-car garage. When it’s time for a trip to the beach, guests will appreciate the availability of towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys and games.
A 10-minute walk from this luxury Kona home on the Big Island leads to Keauhou Bay, which provides a unique opportunity to swim with manta rays. A short drive leads to other stunning beaches, such as White Sands, Kua Bay, and Makalawena. Guests will find shops, restaurants, and a movie theater less than two miles away at Keauhou Shopping Center, as well as additional shopping and dining in nearby Kona Town. Island Time also allows easy access to attractions such as the Kealakekua Bay marine sanctuary, championship golf courses, and opportunities for hiking, snorkeling, diving, and deep sea fishing.

While homes are still being built, the construction of the pool has been completed. Limited noise impact is predicted and there will be no disruptions during quiet hours.
