Hello, I have 3 rooms available for viewing.Room #4 is Move in ready now. The Master Bdrm and room #2 will be available August 1st. Room #1 is the master bedroom. Renting this room, you share NOTHING with the other tenants except the kitchen. It’s pretty much your own apartment with a fireplace as the pictures will show. Also you’re the only one that park IN the garage.. everyone else park in the driveway or street. Rooms 2 & 4 are really nice rooms as well just smaller.. My home is in North Charlotte conveniently located near The new Studio movie grill theater, university area, Hunterville’s Walmart, Northlake mall, bus lines to the blue linx light rail and much more.. There will be house rules that everyone must follow in order to keep things in order. I don’t like a lot of traffic in my [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] home is a non smoking home however you can smoke in the backyard. Candidates must fill out a pre screen questionnaire, leasing agreement, (month to month) have current photo ID, proof of income, and 2 previous landlord contact..
