? St. Vincent suite for the working professional 1 - Long term stay focused and perfect for the working professional or grad student in need of affordable temporary housing. Our building is conveniently located adjacent to St Vincent and features 4 private bedrooms & 3 large bathrooms. Free broadband, laundry, storage, and garage parking provided.
This private suite is located to the rear of the home and has its own private entrance with covered garage parking. It also features a private living room, private half bath with shower room, and private bedroom. Bedroom consists of a Full size bed, nightstand, work desk with chair, wing backed chair, & a beautiful armoire. Blackout curtains are available upon request. No toiletries, linens, or pillows provided.
The space
Our building is a very nice turn of the century brick colonial. This suite is on the 1st floor and has its own private entrance and private bath, to the rear of the rest of the house. It is also the only room in the building that is approved for couples traveling together. The bathroom arrangement is unique with a half bath on one side of the hall and a full shower with glass door on the opposite site.
The 1st floor is very spacious with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. As you will see in the pictures, we chose to not feature TVs in the common areas in effort to promote privacy and quietness throughout the home. We strive to create a quiet and safe place to retreat home too.
The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. These are also occupied by other long term residents. Please be friendly and considerate!
Outside you will find a screened in porch and rear yard to enjoy during the summer months.
24hr lighting is featured at all entrances, common areas, and stairwells for safety and convenience.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their private room and private bath, shared kitchen, shared dining room & living room, and shared recreation room with ping pong table & laundry in basement. Plus a very nice side porch and very large back yard.
Other things to note
Other guests are also Long Term stays. Please be considerate and friendly. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas are professionally cleaned every week. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms. A house vacuum is also available.
