Recently renovated from the ground up with new floors, windows, stainless appliances, in unit washer/dryer hookups, a glorious bathroom, a killer balcony...AND! We all would assume that even a studio would have two sinks, right? One in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. This apartment has a THIRD sink! Up to three people cans wash their hands simultaneously. Clean body, clean mind for esoteric pursuits.
Also available is a smaller, very similar unit for $795/mo.
We accept two cats or one dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. Also for these apartments larger dogs are A-OK for $50 per month.

What's our application like? Glad you ask! The application focuses on a few things: First, we check that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. Second, we’re looking to see that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place). And third, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
