Good morning,
To view our homes please answer these requirements we have for leasing our homes. Once we know you can provide the following information we will set up a schedule time for a viewing.
Must have:
3 months of utility bills
6 months of pay stubs
Landlord references if leasing
And you will need to make 3 x the amount of rent monthly
We allow two pets per household with fees ask office.
We also ask for anyone who is 18 years or older to do a background check once you have qualified for the home. You can pick up at office or I will email you one or you can get online at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] they are $35.00 a piece. And please do not do any background checks and pay for unless it is ours. If you have any questions feel free to call the office at [Use CALL button] .
