This property is available for a short term lease from October 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020. This property is used as a vacation rental during the summer months, but take advantage of this beautiful location just 30 minutes out of Ellsworth, ME. This home comes completely furnished with everything. You don't need to have dishes, appliances, bedding or furniture. This home is ready to walk right in. Enjoy the dock and kayaks during the fall, and enjoy the lake and ice fishing through the winter.
This two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom has incredible lake views from every room. You can't get away from the view, but why would you want to? You can put a chair on the dock to enjoy the calming nature, have a campfire to roast marshmallows, and if the bugs get to bad still enjoy it all from your screened in porch.
On the main level you have a walk through kitchen with a small dinette, a comfortable size living room to watch TV or watch nature. Your smaller of the two rooms and the full bathroom are on this floor. Upstairs is the master with a larger space and a half bathroom.
This home is including everything within the home, but it has an automatic generator to protect you if you loose power. You also don't have to worry about heat, electricity, water or other typical home rental expenses. All you have to do is mow the lawn in the couple months (October & May) if it is necessary, lawn mower is on site. Also, plowing the driveway would be your responsibility.
This is a short term (8 MONTH) rental. Cats are not allowed. Dogs will be considered with additional pet fees.
