My apartment is on 1st floor with 700sq feet of total area. It has big living room & Bedroom with an awesome lake side deck. (Please refer to attached pictures)
The apartment is all the way inside community and away from any street noise.
Due to the amazing location of building and trees you get lot of privacy as well.
In this apartment you will get sun light round the year.
Rent:
I will NOT be subleasing the apartment.
New tenant has to sign a new lease with Boardwalk.
My current rent is $2230/Month. You will get the market rate when you sign the lease with Boardwalk.
If the offered lease is $2400, then once you sign the lease I will pay you a one time payment of (5*170) $850 to make sure you get overall rent same as mine which is $2230/month.
Note: I will pay maximum up to $500/month on the rent offered by community.
Lease duration:
The apartment is due for renovation in Jan 2021. Hence, you can sign the lease for only 5 months starting Aug 1st.
