The bathroom has a stand alone shower, sink, medicine cabinet and commode. There is a flex room with a closet that can be used for a bedroom. The kitchen has a new gas stove and new refrigerator.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and must carry renter's insurance. Owner pays water and trash.
