The Grove is NE Portland’s newest family style shared living community created by OpenDoor Coliving. It’s a 22 person community with 4 different homes connected by a shared outdoor courtyard. Community members rent private bedrooms and share beautiful furnished common spaces including two kitchens, two living rooms, two covered outdoor terraces, two laundry rooms, and covered outdoor bike storage. OpenDoor Coliving helps build strong community culture through community outreach, community development coaching, and personal development workshops. ?

Since 2014, OpenDoor Coliving has created 13 communities across the Bay Area and Portland with over 300 members and a waiting list of 2,500 people in the Bay Area. They have been featured in Fast Company, NPR, and The Guardian. ?
