This apartment is on the second and third floors of 102 North 35th Street. As you come up the stairs from the first floor hallway,you enter the kitchen. It is large and sunlit. It is easy to keep clean. Leading from the kitchen toward 35th Street is a corridor. First off the corridor is a utility room, with a washer and dryer and a toilet. Past it is the living room, facing 35th Street. Typically people have put a sofa here and an entertainment center between the two windows facing the 35th Street. To the side and rear of the living room is the first of the three bedrooms. From the iiving room are stairs leading to the third floor. At the head of the stairs is the bathroom with a shower. In the front of the the third floor is the second bedroom; it is large. In the rear of the third floor is the third bedroom. Leading from this bedroom is a patio deck. It is ideal for spring and summer evenings.

Utilities are gas and electric; they are separately metered and are the lessees' responsibility. Gas is used for heating and hot water. The stove is electric.
