The heart of the cottage is the wood-lap living room, an inviting gathering place anchored by a charming wine bar tucked beneath the staircase. Gas logs warm cool Lowcountry evenings, while double French windows at the far end open to invite a soft breeze on milder days—a perfect blend of snug and airy.
The primary bedroom offers its own cozy sanctuary nestled behind the fireplace, a quiet retreat at the close of the day. Upstairs, beautifully reclaimed space unfolds into a private hideaway, with a restful second bedroom at the rear of the home and an irresistibly charming full bath set within the front gable.
Whether you're seeking a romantic escape, a home base for exploring the city, or a serene place to settle in for a longer stay, this enchanting pied-à-terre delivers character and convenience in equal measure. Furnishings are negotiable with an acceptable offer.
- One dog can be negotiated with a $250 per month fee
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.
- Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
