Large windows and vaulted ceilings in addition to the natural gas fireplace in the living room add a cozy atmosphere to this home. Parking includes a double car garage and an off-street drive. Additional storage is available in the form of a garden shed. The back yard is fenced and features raised garden beds, flower bushes, shade trees, and a calm water fountain beside a brick terrace.

Heating is a combination of natural gas forced air furnace and a gas fireplace. The water heater is natural gas. Air conditioning is included as well. Washer and dryer hookups are available.

Utilities and landscaping will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Your net income (the amount you take home) must equal 3 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must take home 3 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted. Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income. You must have a positive rental history of at least one year. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check.
