- $250 non-refundable pet deposit

- 50 lb weight limit
- No aggressive breeds allowed (Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.)
- Pet registration, vaccination, and bite insurance (if required) must be submitted during application
- Cats must be spayed/neutered and litter-trained
- Ongoing pet compliance required during tenancy
Application Requirements:
Resident score: 600+
Gross monthly income = 3x rent (all lawful income sources accepted, including housing assistance)
2+ years of rental history (may request lease and ledger or additional documentation confirming residency status)
Income verification required (paystubs, bank statements, or voucher documentation)
Self-employed applicants must provide 2 years of tax returns
Cosigner may be required if criteria are not fully met
Please note: Unit does not have AC/Central Air--Tenant is responsible for their own cooling and AC maintenance
