📜 Background Check

A comprehensive background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 and older. Criminal history evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

🐾 Pet Policy

Cats and small dogs (up to 20 lbs) welcome, subject to owner approval and a signed pet agreement. A non-refundable pet fee and/or additional pet deposit will apply.

💳 Move-In Funds

First and last month’s rent required at lease signing, plus a security deposit (amount to be confirmed). All funds must be paid via certified check or wire transfer.

💡 Utilities & Maintenance

Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer, trash, internet). Tenant is also responsible for front and rear lawn care and shrub maintenance.
