There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners). All adult occupants and cosigners must apply separately so each individual can be screened.
Gas and electric to be in tenant's name and paid directly by tenant. Water, sewage and trash will be added to the monthly rental statement. The fridge and stove are included in the lease. Any other appliances onsite are provided AS-IS and it is the responsibility of the tenant to repair or replace them if an issue arises. Washer and dryer hook ups in basement. Washer and dryer onside provided in AS-IS condition.
