-$35 flat rate fee per month for gas
-$25 per month for onsite parking
-$20 per month for common area maintenance

Application fee is $40 per person over 18 years of age. This is a non-smoking property. We are offering a 12-24 month lease.

Must provide proof of income at or over 3x the monthly rent amount
Provide rental references and proof of employment

We allow cats and dogs with breed and weight restrictions. Cat's MUST be litter box trained. Maximum 2 animals per unit. Monthly animal rent is $50 per animal. Animal deposit is $350 ($200 non-refundable) for one pet and $500 ($300 non-refundable) for 2 animals.
Breed Restrictions will apply- Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
