Each townhome is approximately 825 square feet, and rent is $1,479/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a utility/laundry supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating), water/sewer and any cable or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and common electric.

We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,479 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.

One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (certain breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. No additional pet deposit is required.
