Pets allowed with approval and an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee and $25/month per pet.
Alterations
Tenant may not make any changes to the Premises without written consent from Landlord.
Prohibited Use
No illegal activity or disruptive behavior is permitted on the Premises.
Subleasing
Subleasing is not allowed without written consent from Landlord.
Parking
Parking is included.
Early Termination
If Tenant terminates the lease early, Tenant agrees to pay an early termination fee of one month's rent ($2,940) and forfeit the security deposit.
Move-Out Conditions
Tenant agrees to return the Premises in clean condition, free of damage beyond normal wear and tear. cleaning fee may be deducted if needed.
