Tenant Responsibilities
Sewer/septic is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (water, garbage, electricity) and yard care (mow, water, weed & trim shrubs). Please make sure you have the time and equipment to maintain the yard, or be willing to hire a landscaper to maintain it for you.
Pets
One small or medium dog is possible on a case by case basis with $50 per month in pet rent and an additional $500 refundable security deposit.

Applicant Criteria
We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
