The home unfolds across three well-appointed bedrooms: a restful king suite, a serene queen room, and a flexible office with a twin daybed — ideal for a third guest, a morning of focused work, or both. Two and a half bathrooms ensure easy mornings, while an open living and dining area offers the kind of comfortable gathering space that makes a house feel like home from the first evening in.
Step outside and the neighborhood does the rest. Leon's Fine Poultry & Oyster Shop is just around the corner — a Charleston institution where fried chicken and ice-cold oysters have become the stuff of local legend. Melfi's brings the warmth of a neighborhood Italian trattoria, perfect for a long dinner with good wine. Graft Wine Bar draws the city's most discerning drinkers with a thoughtfully curated list and an atmosphere made for lingering. - One dog can be negotiated with a $250 per month fee
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.
- Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
