Criminal Screening: You cannot have been convicted of any felonies.
A criminal background check, rental history, eviction, and employment check will be conducted for each Applicant and Occupant eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Renters with dog(s) will be required to have pet liability insurance AND pay a pet security deposit of $300 per dog.
