The studio is separate from the main home and includes a full kitchen with appliances, baseboard electric heat, window A/C, and a comfortable open layout with room for a bed and living setup. Most furnishings are included, but the bed is not included.
The owner lives in the main house and actively maintains the grounds. Tenant may access the surrounding land with care and awareness of the natural foothills environment, including local wildlife. No pets.
There is plenty of parking, with an approximately 25-yard walk from the parking area to the studio. No laundry on site. Tenant pays separately metered utilities.
Winter access may require 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Roads are plowed, but the driveway is dirt and on an incline.
Lease term of 6 months or longer.
For properties with shared meters, utilities may be included in rent or allocated and billed to tenants using an approved allocation method as disclosed in the lease.
Application fee: $65 per adult (18+). $345 one-time administrative fee for lease preparation and onboarding, due at initial lease start (not at renewal).
Security Deposit Required: Amount determined during the application process per CO law.
