Turnkey, move-in ready with essentials provided.
Available starting May 15th. 31-day minimum lease- month-to-month options available, with current availability through October.
Features and amenities include custom California Closets built-ins with a full-size wall bed and integrated storage, a kitchenette with range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and utensils, an in-unit washer/dryer combo, mini-split heating and air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi. Utilities (electric, gas, and water) are included within normal residential use. Starter essentials are provided- tenants replenish items as needed during their stay. Street parking available.
Fully furnished 31+ day rental. Security deposit: $1,500 (refundable). $2,800/month for one occupant- $2,900/month for two occupants.
Minimum 31-day lease, month-to-month thereafter, with availability currently through October. Rent includes utilities within normal residential use.
