Income Requirements:

Lease Compliance Review:

Applicants must provide verification of at least three (3) months of on-time rental payment history to their most recent landlord. Rental history will be evaluated based on payment performance, lease compliance, and landlord references. Any prior evictions or lease violations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable California laws.

Credit Criteria:
