Charming duplex rental nestled in the heart of Fair Oaks, CA. This inviting 1237 sq ft home is situated in a prime location! Enjoy easy access to local amenities and the charming community vibe that Fair Oaks offers.

Please note that there will be construction taking place at the neighboring halfplex in the coming months. In addition, at a later stage, construction is planned in the rear area of the property for two additional duplex units. While we will make every effort to minimize disruptions, there may be occasional noise, dust, and increased activity associated with the construction process. (See note below).

Note: Tenant understands that the rental is part of a property that is being developed into a four-plex. Because of this, construction and property improvements may continue during the tenancy, including concrete work, landscaping, and general construction. Tenant should expect occasional construction noise during business hours, workers on-site, and temporary adjustments to certain areas of the property. A parking space will be provided for Tenant's use and may be moved temporarily while new concrete is being poured and parking improvements are completed. Once the work is finished, Tenant will be assigned a permanent parking space.

Tenant will have use of 16x30 fenced in patio in the backyard as well as the whole grassy front yard.
