We also have a lovely walking path on our street that many neighbors use from around the area!
The people: Our family lives in the main portion of the home upstairs. We have an almost two year old and soon-to-be newborn baby. Hubby works full-time and mom is stay at home. We’re around a lot and like to be social, but also like to ensure a peaceful place to live and relax. We’d love to meet before applications are processed to find the best fit for both parties.
We love to be outside gardening, boating, bbq-ing & gathering with friends and family. We fish & hike & get involved in our community.
Cost $2500/month - this includes rent, all utilities, and internet. 12 month lease. Strictly No smoking. Renter’s insurance required. Must be able to pass a background check and income requirements.
Unfortunately, we have three 80 pound dogs who don’t get along with other dogs or cats, so we are not able to accept additional pets.
