The Landlord allows pets in the rental property, with the following restrictions:

- The Landlord requires a pet deposit in the amount of $75.00, and

- Only ONE PET is allowed in the rental property. Pet should be potty trained. Pet should not be over 50lbs. There should be a cage for your pet incase landlord needs to enter the unit.

Landlord needs to have a copy of pets updated vaccination from vet.

SMOKING

The Landlord DOES NOT allow SMOKING of cigarettes OR weed IN/ON the rental property. This is grounds for automatic termination of lease and will be a violation of lease agreement.

III. WATERBEDS

The Landlord DOES NOT allow the use of waterbeds on the premises.

IV. PARKING

Tenants do not PAY for parking, landlord is offering ONE parking spot in driveway, tenant do not have ownership of the parking spot. Street parking on opposite side of the house, not in front of the house.
