Description

Welcome Home! This property is on almost half an acre in Lindon with beautiful Mountain view, fruit trees, garden boxes, and charm. The primary bedroom comes with a TV, a modern bathroom, and ample storage in the custom wardrobe. The cozy basement has a fireplace, TV mount, and built-ins.

Home has a 2 car garage plus a storage shed in the back.

Renter is responsible for all utiliites, snow removal, and yard-care. The rental comes with a riding mower and other lawn supplies. There is a $100 monthly fee if the Renter would prefer a lawn service.
