To add, the owner just moved in recently, so please keep in mind that more furnishing will be provided to the living and dining room in the future.
The price encompasses all costs for the entire month as there are no additional fees other than the initial security deposit. Plus, you can easily use accessible roads like Parker, Arapahoe, E-470 and more to explore further endeavors. As a teacher within the local area, I am committed to being a trustworthy individual.
