It is 1432 sq ft with private parking and a block wall fenced backyard. It has a very quiet, comfortable, and cozy feel to it. The home has tile and newly carpeted bedroom floors and it is well maintained.

This is a very nice house. The house is ready to move in now. I am asking $2,049 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. If you want this house, you better not mind maintaining the landscaping and following the rules of the homeowner's association. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this. I would rather not rent it at all than to deal with difficult people.
