Welcome to Oakridge Apartments! Located in the peaceful community of Wyoming, MN, only 30 minutes from the Twin Cities, we have 32 well-maintained pet friendly 2BR & 3BR apartments! We offer on-site laundry, off-street parking, garages, picnic/bbq area, and outdoor green space!
We allow up to 2 spayed/neutered cats OR dogs. $35 per month pet fee per pet plus $200 Pet deposit per pet.
Requirements:
1 year lease, no smoking
No Felony
Credit 600+
Income 3X rent or greater
No prior UD/Evictions
No DWI/DUI within last 5 years
Landlord references considered
