Renter’s insurance required. We’ve partnered with Foxen to offer coverage for just $15/month, or residents may choose to obtain their own policy through a preferred insurance provider. We also offer the option to enroll in Rentistry, a service that reports rental payments to help build credit for just $8/month.

Utilities:All utilities are paid by the tenant (water, sewer, and garbage removal).
$50/one person and $75 for 2 people households. Electric and gas for the unit must be set up under tenant's name before moving in.
Pets are welcome (up to 2). A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $450 to $800 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $40 to $75, depending on the results of the pet screening.
