One cat or dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50/month pet rent + $500 refundable deposit

$1,400 refundable security deposit
$400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee
Tenants are required to have a renters insurance policy
Applicant Criteria
We seek responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants that are at least 55 years old, with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
