Applicant Criteria
We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
