I am writing to provide details regarding a beautiful, secluded 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain home located only 30 minutes from Denver.

The property features an office on the lower level, making it an ideal space to work from home. It boasts a large kitchen with a six-person dining table and a comfortable living room for relaxing. One of the highlights of the home is a huge deck with access from both bedrooms and the living room, perfect for enjoying quiet, beautiful views. Additionally, there is a covered patio for outdoor dining.

For your convenience, the home can come either furnished or unfurnished. The owner also covers the costs of utilities and snow removal.

Please let me know if you are interestedDeposit equal to 1 month's rent due at signing. May request additional deposit depending on credit and income. Tenants to pay the following utilities: Xcel (Gas/Electric), Water/Sewer, Trash/Recycling. Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Lease 12+ month and end date from May to July preferred.

$300 pet deposit, $25 pet fee, and a $12 admin fee. No smoking in the home.
