Description

Available for move-in is this 400 square foot farmhouse cabin surrounded by farmland. Approximately 4 miles east of Hwy 68, this home offers easy access to Salinas and Monterey.

This cozy farmhouse cabin features a full kitchen with pantry, a nice size bedroom that can easily accommodate a full-size bed, and a full bath with a stall shower.

Outside living space includes a fully fenced yard and covered front porch. Hookups for the washer and dryer can be found on the porch. Area inside the fenced area is maintained by the tenants.

Parking is located just a short stroll to the house.

One dog is permitted and must be contained within the fenced yard, or on a lead if outside of the fenced yard. The owner kindly requests no cats.

A couple of specific notes for this home: Access for 507 A is through a maintained dirt driveway located to the south side 507 River Rd (white house). The surrounding farm fields are private property and cannot be accessed by tenant and nothing can be picked from the surrounding fields. Garbage bins must be taken to the main road for pick up.

Basic Utilities: Gas is provided via a propane tank; the tenant will pay for any refilling needed, owner to be reimbursed. Electricity is included up to $120.00, tenant will reimburse owner for costs above this amount. Water and trash service is included in the rent.

Viewings are available by appointment. Please do not disturb other tenants.

All verifiable sources of income will be considered. Pursuant to Ca. Gov. Code 12955(o), for applicants with rental vouchers or subsidies, the income threshold will calculated based on the amount of rent that will be paid by the tenant (not the entire rent amount). DRE # 01351904

Renters insurance required naming management company as additional insured. This must be in place prior to move-in.

All applicants must meet company’s qualifying requirement which include good credit, favorable responses from past landlord, verifiable income that meets the income to debt ratio of 2.5 times the amount of rent. The ability to pay the entire move in costs at the time of lease signing. Applicants are processed on a first come first qualified basis.
