PET POLICY:
2 Pet Maximum, with a STRICT NO DOGS. There is a $250 1-time pet fee, per animal. (NO PET RENT!)
APPLICATION PROCESS
Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit in the form of a check or money order that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
APPLICATION PROCESS
We have a Pet Policy that allows for 1 CAT there is a 1-time nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet.
Every single individual who will be living in the apartment is required to have a 700 credit score or higher, with no criminal history.
A Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
