Entry level includes laminate flooring, coat closet, common space, laundry room with washer and dryer, utility sink, 10x11 bedroom and 1/2 bath. Laundry room has door access to the back patio.
The second floor includes refinished hardwood floors, a tiled kitchen w/ gas stove, oven, new microwave, refrigerator and granite countertops.
