Landlord pays for pest control quarterly and requires in house spraying (animal and human friendly). No smoking/vaping. No animals allowed except for service animals. The detached 2 Car garage is not included nor the small rv parking space.
There is no Central AC. There is a swamp cooler downstairs in the living room but no AC in bedrooms.
