Rental Requirements are as follows:

- Income must be a minimum of 3x the rental amount, with supporting documents.

- Credit Score 540+ (Applicants with less than 650 credit score will require further review but are not automatically denied).

- Rental History - No broken leases, evictions, balances owed for previous property, or open bankruptcies.

- Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

APPLICANT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO VIEW THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ANY APPLICATION. LANDLORD MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO THE PROPERTY’S CONDITION.
