Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including but not limited to flooring, walls, doors, yard, and landscaping. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security or pet deposit, with additional charges billed to the tenant if costs exceed the deposit.
Pets must be kept under control at all times. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the home and in all outdoor areas.
All pets must be current on vaccinations and properly licensed per local ordinances.
The landlord reserves the right to revoke pet approval if a pet becomes a nuisance or causes repeated damage.
