We would like for the home to look the same on the inside and outside when you moved in as when you move out, and to let us know immediately of any issues so that we can address them asap. Water is from a Well Pump, so no water bill. Tenants are responsible for all Yard Upkeep, Electric Bill and are held accountable to be within the Home Owners Association Rules, but pay no HOA Fees. No smoking inside home is allowed. Well-behaved pets are negotiable. Lot's of paved parking for family gatherings. There is a 1 year lease minimum, with a $2000.00 deposit fee to be paid upfront and is given back at the end of the lease upon our inspection and if no deductions are needed for damage, yardwork or anything else needing accounted for.
