• Applications are required for each person over 18

• Proof of income (all verifiable sources, including support agency vouchers)
• Proof of residential history (3 years of verifiable rental or homeownership)
CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL
• Income: Combined net income must be at least 2.5x the rent
• Criminal history: Reviewed case-by-case
• Residential history: 3 years verifiable; evictions, broken leases, or unpaid rent may result in denial
• A Current Residence Inspection (CRI) may be conducted as part of the screening process to verify occupancy and assess the general condition of the residence.
• Credit: 640+ = Standard approval; 580–639 = Additional deposit or cosigner may be requested;
