Beautifully constructed studio in the heart of Missoula. Located at 320 Clay Street. This three-story, 22-unit apartment building has been thoughtfully designed with a light, modern feel. This studio boasts a 10ft ceiling, large windows, sliding barn door, and shelving to maximize light and space. This unit comes partially furnished with a TV, desk and chair, coffee table, loveseat, and a twin xl loft bed frame (mattress not included).

The building includes a bike room, secured entry, video monitoring of entrances and exits, and each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers. Cable and internet are provided (tenant is responsible for the modem and box through spectrum). There is no parking on site but 320 Clay is located within one block of the Roam Parking Garage and within two blocks of Park Place.

320 Clay is located on a quiet street in downtown Missoula nestled between Kiwanis Park and Bess Reed Park. The building has easy access to all the amenities downtown has to offer and is located less than a mile away from the University of Montana. The perfect Saturday in Missoula is just steps from your front door. Enjoy the produce selection at the Clark Fork Farmers Market, a delicious breakfast burrito from Market On Front, then a leisurely walk on the riverfront trail. Whether you are into Art Galleries, Day Spas, Festivals, or History tours, downtown Missoula has it all.

320 Clay Street Rules must be signed before move in as well as a cable and internet addendum.

There is a $30 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $75.00.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property on the available date. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 3 days of the expected availability date. Move-ins must occur Mon-Friday, and exclude holidays.

Pet Policy: 1 small dog accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 refundable deposit, $45 pet rent, and $25 pet application fee per pet. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.

All HomeRiver Group residents will enroll in renters insurance as required under the lease agreement at a cost of $15.00 monthly.
