The rate is $332.00 plus tax per week for single occupancy. Add the $425 security deposits and the first week ($350) to move in at $775.00. We ask for a two-week notice to depart. This temporary lodging solution is ideal while youre pursuing permanent housing.
The unit is fully furnished and has a private entrance, separate heating, and Comcast cable with 5 HBO channels. We provide housekeeping once a week. All of our units are non-smoking. Our guests are always nice and well-behaved. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, quiet, and safe place to stay.
