This apartment is not pet friendly. $2100/mo includes internet, and heat up to $50/mo. HOA restricts lease terms to 6 months minimum. Any lease term of 184 days or less will be subject to NH Room and Meals Tax payable by the resident. Departure clean fee of $250 due on or before move-in.

If the application is approved by the owner, you can secure the apartment with a traditional security deposit paid in full or apply for a Rhino Security Deposit Insurance policy. First month’s rent is due within 3 days of approval. A full security deposit of $2100 or proof of Rhino Security Deposit policy is due on or before lease start date. Departure cleaning fee is due on or before the lease start date. Second month’s rent may be prorated based upon the move-in date. We require proof of renter’s insurance or automatically enroll you in a minimum liability insurance policy upon move-in.
