With over 250 North Carolina vacation rentals available, Greybeard offers a variety of options. From in-town bungalows to remote Asheville NC cabins on top of the world, we can assist you with the perfect vacation home. We rent homes for the weekend, week, month, or year.

During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home in a great West Asheville neighborhood! Wood floors throughout, open kitchen, and ALL UTILITES INCLUDED (power, water, trash, lawncare)! W/D hookups. Large storage shed available for tenant use. Short drive to Downtown Asheville! Sorry, no pets! **Please note, this a duplex setup. Garage is not available to tenants.
