To help make the process fair and efficient for everyone, tours will be scheduled first so prospective tenants can view the home and determine whether it is a good fit before applying. If you are currently out of the area, virtual tours are available.
After the tour, interested applicants may submit an application through Avail. For roommate groups, all proposed adult occupants must complete an application before the application will be considered complete.
Applications will be accepted and reviewed through June 1st, or until the first fully qualified complete application is received and approved — whichever comes first.
Please note that applications submitted through Avail include a non-refundable third-party screening fee paid directly to the screening provider. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or placement.
*Screening Criteria*
-Combined gross monthly household income of at least 3x monthly rent
-Positive rental or housing references
-Preferred 650+ credit score
-No recent evictions or outstanding landlord debt
-Completion of applications and screening for all adult occupants
-Ability to comply with lease terms
Limited or no credit history may still be considered with other positive factors such as stable income, references, savings, or co-signers.
Tenants must obtain and maintain renter’s liability insurance throughout the lease term.
