Also included is the alarm and camera system with landlord paid monitoring (you just change the account to your contact info), washer and dryer. A high efficiency HVAC was recently installed with new ducting, which ensures low energy bills.
We love pets, so bring them with you to the showing. Pets are on a case by case basis, proof of vaccination and vet prescribed flea and tick prevention, and an in person meeting is required. The fenced yard is great for a dog to run in and while we cover the lawn, it’s your job to pick up the poop (or we can put you in touch with a weekly service that comes by to do it).
